template_core.pl contains the core configuration for managing the templates used to lay out pages of the repository archive. This supersedes the original dynamic_template.pl configuration file, It contains an EP_TRIGGER_DYNAMIC_TEMPLATE trigger function that generates the HTML for the dynamic template part of the page.
