rdf_license.pl allows configurationto be added to provide licensing for the RDF data. This is all contained within the $c->{rdf} hash reference. By defaul this is all commented out but it allows the following atttributes:
license- A URL to the license for all the RDF data.attributionName- A human-readable name for whom the RDF data is attributed.attributionURL- A URL to information about the entity (person or organisation) to which the RDF data is attributed.
