Eprint fields common.pl

This file contains field definitions from the eprint data object common across all eprint flavours. This is separate to eprint_fields.pl as if this file has been copied to the local archive level, then field definitions added at the lib of flavours level would be ignored. This ensures common essential new field definitions can be added without be overridden. Care should be taken if this configuration file is copied to the local archive level and generally this should be avoid.
In EPrints 3.4 the following field definitions are included in this file:
contact_email- The contact email to be used if a copy is requested for a restricted document (or potentially for other purposes).
