These are the English language-specific initial configuration files for a repository without a flavour. If you create a Zero EPrints repository, they will be copied to the archive's cfg/lang/en/ directory.

• eprints3/lib/defaultcfg_zero/lang/en
  • phrases/ - English language-specific phrase files added to archive's cfg/lang/en/phrases/ on creation of a Zero EPrints repository.
  • static/ - Empty by default. May contain English language-specific static files added to archive's cfg/lang/en/static/ on creation of a Zero EPrints repository.
