- eprints3/cfg
- apache.conf - This file is the one you include from the main apache.conf for your apache. By default it just includes eprints3/var/auto-apache.conf and eprints3/var/auto-apache-includes.conf, but it's a handy place to put other eprints-related apache conf options which don't relate to a specific repository.
